     Dwight, building a new home can often be very unpleasant. We have built several new homes and that was our experience. Workmanship was not always what you would expect in a custom home, there were often delays in finishing the project because of workmen not showing up and not being able to get punch-lists completed.

     This, Dwight, was not at all the case when you built our beautiful new custom home in Skyecroft. From the first time we met you through the day of the closing, we felt we were in good hands. If we showed up at the job site, there were usually people working, and Dwight, you never failed to show up to be sure things were being done correctly.

     When we signed the contract with you, you gave a finish date and to our surprise, you finished ahead of schedule, which is unheard of. Not only that, but you said there would be no punch-list and there wasn’t. In all of our experiences, that has never happened.
Building our home in Skyecroft with you was a smooth, exciting experience. Your talent and workmanship as a builder is something you don’t find very often. You delivered a clean, beautiful home ready to move into.
